Internal training: training programs are frequently organized for employees of the company to build and promote self-learning spirit.
Intensive training: programs that train to be built by the functional departments in the Company through many practical topics, from which employees can actively select and register for appriciate classes to improve their speciality.
Demand-based training: training programs with the coordination between the functional departments to train and improve specialized knowledge according to the demand of personnel in the Company.
Work-based training:always give guidance and training through daily tasks
External training: training program in collaboration with Vietnam training units; foreign training units or training of Coteccon Group.
